jdablabs began as a personal mission. As a parent of two autistic children, I saw firsthand how simple tools—like apps that generate word cards and speak them aloud using text-to-speech—could make a profound difference in communication and daily growth. Yet these solutions often came with steep prices from large companies and healthcare systems.
Frustrated by the barriers, I decided to build my own.
What started as apps and automations for my family has grown into a deeper passion: creating affordable, thoughtful software that helps children and adults develop skills most of us take for granted—communication, routine-building, independence, and more.
To date, I’ve developed an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) app and a habit-tracking app, both designed with real needs in mind. I’m currently working on an innovative real estate app to bring the same accessibility and empowerment to new areas.
At jdablabs LLC, every project is driven by the belief that technology should be within reach and truly helpful. My goal is simple: build tools that create better opportunities and brighter futures for those who need them most.
